EU Cosmetic Directive 7th Amendment compliance

The 7th Amendment of the EU Directive 76/768/EEC requires cosmetics manufacturers and distributors to provide certain product information for the safety of the end user. Some of that information is available from Esschem Europe as their raw material supplier and therefore Esschem Europe will assist its customers in compiling the information required for their EU Cosmetic product dossiers. The infomation that Esschem can provide is as follows;

All customers requesting such information for their product dossier must first sign a confidentiality agreement protecting Esschem's propriety data
