From the South

• Leave the A19 ( northbound) on the A1018 slip road signposted Sunderland
• Follow the road ( crossing over the A19) until you reach a roundabout
• At the roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted Seaham Grange Industrial Estate
• After 600 yards turn right into Seaham Grange Industrial Estate
• Follow the road through the Industrial Estate, Esschem Europe is directly in front of you at the end of the road

• From the North

  Leave the A19 ( South bound) on the B1404 slip road signposted Seaham At the top of the slip road turn left for Seaham B1404 At the traffic lights turn left onto Stockton Road B1285 After 500 yards turn left into Seaham Grange Industrial Estate At the T junction turn left Esschem Europe is directly in front of you at the end of the road
