ESSCHEM EUROPE and REACH

REACH is a new EU regulation on chemicals and their safe use. The aim of REACH is to improve the protection of human health and the environment through the better and earlier identification of the intrinsic properties of chemical substances

Esschem Europe's  policy is to be fully compliant  with the new law to work closely with suppliers and customers on the new EU regulation on the registration, evaluation and authorisation of chemicals which is now in force.

The REACH regulation gives greater responsibility to industry to manage the risks from chemicals and to provide safety information on substances.

Reach is being progressively introduced by Esschem Europe .We will be revising our safety data sheets to introduce neccessary changes.
