Esschem Europe offer a series of pour resins and repair systems that meet the varying needs of denture producers. All of the polymers are available in formulations pigmented with the Esschem International Standard Shade (EISS tm) collection and with or without fibre veins. Clear polymers are also available. They are designed to cure in 20 minutes at 30 psi in warm water when mixed at a 2:1 polymer / monomer ratio by volume. Pour phase and dough time can be shortened by increasing the polymer / monomer ratio. The values for pour phase and dough point presented in the tables were determined in tests on clear polymers. These values may be slightly reduced in pigmented systems


Repair / Pour Resins:

The catalyst used within these systems is the traditional amine / peroxide with all of the peroxide internal. P907 monomer is generally used except in clear systems where use of the P871 monomer will provide improved clarity.

The catalyst system used within these products is conducive to improved clarity. Yellowing is substantially reduced when compared to an amine-peroxide catalysed system. P816 monomer is used with these polymers.
